NOTES:
1. All unit Rentals must comply with the requirements of Lakeside of Charlotte County Condominium Assoc., Inc. for Unit Owners and Renters/Lessees, including Renter background checks (see Documents Page #1, #2 & #3), and all Lakeside Rules and Regulations, as revised in February 2017 (see Condo Assoc. Documents).
2. Lakeside of Charlotte County Condominium Assoc., Inc. is not responsible for enforcing contracts between the unit Owner and the unit Renter, but may remove a Renter for non-compliance with Lakeside Rules and Regulations. Lakeside bears no financial responsibility to the unit Owner for lost revenue caused by the eviction of a Renter.
